Does my phone support eSIM?

Why am I not connected after arrival?
Make sure the SIM is active and mobile data and data roaming are on. Follow the setup email if the issue continues.
What happens when my data runs out?
We never charge you automatically. Ask support whether the plan can be topped up; otherwise, purchase another suitable plan.
Can I get a refund?
You may apply before delivery or if service cannot be provided. Installed, activated or used plans are normally non-refundable.
